Cheers Dave - you came all the way down from geordieland for Brooklands! :shock: I've got no excuse then to get there from Bristol.... :oops:

Yeah it is a hell of a day trip. :lol:

But I had a sister that lived not too far away so I was in the area for a few days. ;)

I was thinking of coming down this year but stay overnight in Lincoln so I can visit me old Dad. :thumbright:

Jon Leonard is in Bristol. He done Brooklands last year in his Dart.
Bristol convoy this year ? ;)

Yeah, up for that with the Challenger and the RR for sure but I see its Yanks and Garys Picnic on at Shaky that weekend as well....

I was cruising up the M4 last summer (or was it 2012) in my 300C (can we mention them on here?) and coming up behind in the outside lane was a white 70 challenger which slowly went past me at 80+ with two up - bloody lovely that was ! Always wondered where that might be down our way..

Chris Witor ('Witorque' on here) lives down your way (well, somewhere south-west ish :? ) - he has a white Challenger but it's a 72 or 73.
He often goes to Brooklands. Could have been him & his son?

Well I cant be precise about the year to be honest - I was just mesmerized by the sight :tongue3:

Must be able to get a convoy going then for this year...... :thumbright:
