want to paint some steelies hemi orange, but the only spray I can find is hemi orange vht engine enamel......any good for wheels?? it sounds like it could be ok. cheers

Have you spoken to Chris at WASPS, I'm sure he could tell you. I buy mine from him but it's up the farm at the moment.

I'm sure if you prep it well, then wack some clear coat over it. Should last quite well.

definitely well prepped. shot blast, black powder coat. than on outer face, wet sanded, 2 coats red primer, wet sanded ready for paint.

It will be heat proof if nothing else!

Never painted a wheel with enamel, could you not get a paint shop to mix some paint up for you? A local place to me makes rattle cans of mixed paint up, if thats what you're after.
