Well yes and no :? ...........The exchange rate is not bad right now, and the 5% BTI also helps to make it possible to import ounce again, but all I see for sale here is mainly overpriced crap offered by speculators etc etc. IF you know your product AND know what the market wants AND you can price it reasonably it will sell ;)

The people who bought at high prices not that long ago still think there car is worth the same money, wrong, it ain't! I've seen it all before when the market rocketed as investors bought classics like stocks and shares which in turn caused values to rise to insane figures, then inevitably of course the bubble burst and the market crashed, and for a long time to follow "classics" could be bought for nowt and folk lost a lot of money! I see it happening again now, all be it to a lesser extent and no doubt being fueled by a 1% interest rate by the banks, we all would like a nice return on our investment but I think this time around the values will be slow to climb, but hey, most buy to enjoy and not return a profit, but still nice to at least get your money back when it's time to sell. Having said that, there are a few cars that where undervalued which are now either being recognised for what they are or are being dragged up by there bigger brothers ie .......I was buying Panteras for under $20k only a couple of years ago, now they are all priced around the $40-$50k mark, a Mk1 Lotus Cortina £40-50k which in turn has dragged up it's little brother the "GT" to insane 20-25k prices!!!
It is complex all said and done and you have to have your eye permanently on the ball!

Sorry to bang on....... sermon over ..........
