Factory hood pin positions

Post by Johnny Dart »

Does anyone have a picture of the factory hood pin positions on a 1973 Dart swinger ?
That's the slam panel positions for the pins.
Or can you point me in the direction of a picture on-line ?
Thanks

I got around to fitting the hood pin kit this evening. It's a well made reproduction, in stainless steel.

Dave, This guy is good to deal with, and sells a lot of MOPAR stuff.
I had a duff indicator switch from him,and he was very helpful .He sent out a replacement straight away.

yes in one of those places you'd normaly expect to see a rubber mushroom on a threaded dooofer to adjust the front height of the hood

notice also the hood centering rubber wedge up against the inner edge of the wing

there is another about 10 inches from the hinge as well

Dave
