No queues from Horsham side,we saw you and waved as you came in Don,we were waiting to cross over and had noticed everything was all going to one big car park. Seems they so ballsed it up that they didn't take money from most people who came in  I don't feel like I've been to a car show.

Yeah not great.....Messed around all day Thursday sorting cars for me and my nippers to take......Waste of bananarama time....might as well have all jumped in the VW dribble bus as we parked in the car park somewhere whilst stuff like 11 plate Fiestas and Mondeos along side 02 plate Astra 4 dr Estate etc etc were all parked up in the arena.

Shambles

To top it all I froze my raspberries off

Yeah I agree, but I appreciate it relies on volunteers and I'm sure they tried their best, but

We didn't pay, was of course quite happy to and had the money ready but nobody around to collect it

Visitors should have been parked in clear areas, we just dumped the car where everyone else did

Yes the people who had made the effort to bring their cars to show people must have been miffed if they arrived after 9.30 they had to park where they could

We seemed to notice that when they put cars past a traffic light area they were then charging people coming through, we wanted to go down and look at those cars so asked and was told we would have to pay on the way back, despite us being in there already, so I would have had to pay twice, leg alone if we had parked down that way as they didn't have any hand stamps to show you'd already paid once

Good stuff,
plenty of loos,
Food stalls a bit thin on the ground but at least they weren't kicking the arse out of the prices
A bar, but seemed to be only one, I'm bringing one next year, could have made a killing
good mix of cars but can't understand what a big standard VW Bora was doing in the show area
Saw Mopar peeps everywhere and said hello
Plenty of stalls selling stuff

Just feel they missed out on charging people as they arrived

I must have gone to a different show then.

I was late at the meeting point ,so tagged along with some Corvettes through the B Roads arriving at 9.00am or so,queued for 15 mins or so and parked.

Payed at the entrance, but heard plenty of announcements about how they had been overwhelmed by attendance so please find the SS Rodders marquee and make a donation.

Walked for hours seeing some of the best Cars we have in this country,Revenge!!! What a sight!! I stayed there for a while.

Realised that there were many late arrivals,so on leaving cruised the Car Parks,my God what a Show....Sunshine,V8s,Good Music and getting on for 5000 Cars....Rushmoor Arena was never as good as this.

I agree they were overwhelmed and it went to pot a bit, shame though.

I took V8 Sam ages to get in at about 1.30 but he was out drum and basising till the early hours

We were there by 915 and it was already busy, it show the enthusiasm for our hobby kicked in big style after a long wet winter

Quality of cars and diversity was good, no complaints on that score I think volume of cars and space clearly was an issue

I think it needs to be a two dayer IMHO

Agreed it has been a long Winter, and I was as enthusiastic about today as my Kids are with Sweets, but lets see the good in what happened today.

If they are Victims of their own success then good luck, perhaps they need some help.

Now it has a new Home it ain't gonna get any smaller.

took me 3 hours to get in.

was a good event loads of cars there so plenety to see, but the journey in made me loose all real interest in being there, and really damped my mood.

I wont be attending again if its in the same location. :(

We all got there at 8.30 and drove straight in and parked up no problem.
We came from the a24 end and we were in a convoy of fifteen cars and we even stayed together all the way.
It was a great show and met up with lots of people.

Drove straight in from the south entrance at 8.30am. No queue at all.

Great show - will post some pics later.
