Bench seat

Excuse my ignorance but if you have a bench seat fitted, does it come with 3 sets of seat belts in the front? if not what is the legal standing on fitting an extra one?
1968 Ford Fairlane 500 Wimbledon White. Currently a 302 auto but to be 410 4 speed.

Make sure that you INSURE it as a 6 seater as well and then fit another belt if you wish....
