Chelsea Cruise 10 years old.
It's 10 years this September that The Chelsea Cruise was re-started, lets try to make this a big one, lets not sit back and let it go by, it's been a long hard struggle to get this far, spread the word from now until then.
Are we there yet dad ..... 10 to the gallon but worth it.

"I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered."
Yep only went to Trinity a couple of times, as I wasn't too keen on Street Racing, but once happened to be on the big bust night with Graham Barrs, I remember him telling me that he told a Police guy to F**k off, you couldn't drive my car if you tried, with the clutch he had in that car I believe him!!!......also went to Tolgate Rd a few times, remember Steve Rawlings lent me his 440-6pk s/bee to take down there and try and get it to run a bit better, but the carbs were shot, it was painfully slow.
Was a regular at Chelsea cruise, first with the '68 Charger in early 1979 then the '65 Muzzy and finally with both the '71 Cuda's, good times chatting with Arno, Gary Mills and all the others, rolling burnouts outside the pub etc., quite a few winged cars about then, and a couple of Hemi challengers, the one I remember well was Ashley Troops of Madness Camaro fame....remember some pratt trying to do a static burnout in the bridge car park with a vette I think and drove it straight into another car, that was the end of the car park, good old days though they were, no doubt a far cry from what the cruise is today.
