On the day, from the 6 cars Mike originally invited, there was just the 3 of us - us in our 63, Graham Howard in his 64 Polara and eventually, Adam Ford in his 70 Coronet! Some of you may have already seen clues as to why Adam was delayed on his way there, on Facebook, so I’ll let Adam flesh out the details

Whilst Mike wasnt quite ready to take his 64 Sport Fury, he did manage to arrive in the other car he’s been working on for the last couple of years – his son’s Beetle.
As last year, we congregated in the car park of the new road car production facility and waited to be called in batches over to the main car park of the Technology Centre. This gave us a chance to have a good look round all the cars as they arrived, and the McLarens at the other end of the car park.
Once in the main 'show' area we were treated to a broad range of cars & bikes brought along by employees and employees friends, plus some diplays from Race2Recovery, local traffic police, BMW & Honda (who supply McLaren with their company cars, now that Mercedes are on the way out).
I didnt take many pics inside the Tech Centre this time as the cars on display were laregely the same as those I got pics of last year, but my lad took a few that I've included below, plus a couple of the 911 that was used as a test bed for the TAG-Porsche F1 V6 turbo. This car was used to test the engine (on the road!) for McLaren's F1 programme in the early 1980s.
Anyhoo here's a few pics, in no particular order! Big thanks to Mike again for the invite

Looking down on a carpet on the floor below! The area in the pic must be about 15' x 30'
