Think that was the wheels up on Sunday Mick at 2 min in!!! 8-) :thumbright:

Half a foot clearance then (not the foot my eyes told me on then day)!!

Yep, thats one well set up Race Car....and look at the figures, couldn't be much closer.....thats 586 motor only fly hp!

Thanks Les, the run on the vid was a 10.27 at 129 against a head wind, with a 1.40 60ft. Looking forward to better conditions with the 1050 on it.
The guy, certainly knows how to film, you should look at the other clips as well, the slo mo ones are awesome.

Maybe in a car with ladders or four link but i still think 131 is a bit shy of 9.90's unless it's very light. Which, while mine is fairly light it's not a featherweight. When i tubbed the car and fitted a new boot floor, with hindsight i wish i'd gone to ladder bars. You can see all the wasted motion with leaf springs

I guess there is always more to come from any car. Those guys running 6 seconds are after more, the same way perhaps I amd trying to beat my pathertic 15 second run at santa pod :D
