Who actually sends out the tickets Matt? It might be an idea if we check with them re Roydon and I incase I don't hear back from Mark straight away

Just spoke to them, Abbie Foster is organising the race side of things and she hasn't sent the passes out yet. It may be she sends them all to Mark.
I have Abbie's direct number so will try to find out some more, but she was out when I rang.

I contacted Abbie and got this reply.

Hi Matt

I would drop Mark an email just to double check, but as far as I am aware those that he has booked in to go down the strip will collect tickets when they arrive.

I have just emailed Mark and got an instant reply!

Yes, our tickets will be in an envelope at the "demo car entrance" which is the gate of the main hotel entrance.

Pete, can you acknowledge you've seen this for you and Roydon.

Dave Long, try emailing Mark Ashman at: ousevalley84@hotmail.com as he will be the one that can get you in if poss.

received my tickets and wristbands for sywell(thanks Matt)
I have 6 of the red ones(entry only-not camping) but only 4 of us going
can I pass on the the extra red ones to friends ?
