The closer you are to death the more alive you are
you usually have a pully on the water pump that is set back shaped a bit like a bell end
which means the pully part itself nearly touches the pump housing bolts

Just looked again and see the prob is with the crank pulleys.... sorry. Guess their wrong and need to be wider to get them to stick out further. Unlees a space could be used but that may be dodgey?

Fit the blower belt first and see what your options are. You could mount the alternator down low by the K frame, that should allow you to move it back to line up. Could you do something clever with the water pump like drive it off the blower belt? Chuck the power steering in the bin. Right what's your next problem?

Thanks gents
Power steering is here to stay !
So most blower engines out there just use a spacer to bring everything future out off the crank
Is this wise ? its was everyone else does ??/

I think I would be inclined to go the electric water pump option, if you wanted to retain the same water pump housing, you could use the Mezziere version which mounts in place of the original impeller unit.

The alternator does not seem to be such a big issue as this can easily be spaced back or remounted lower as suggested by Blue.
The power steering is not insurmountable, just needs a new mounting bracket. We had to do the same when we moved Jerry's power steering on his Fury. I was able to use a large proportion of the original bracket mounts, with some additional strengthening brackets.
Again, as Blue said, get the blower belt sorted 1st, check alignment on the bottom pulley & how it aligns with the blower snout. As you may be limited as to what you can do to the snout, snout options available.
You could space out the pulleys on the main hubs, as per the pics you posted. Again, check the blower snout to bottom pulley, as you could just be moving the alignment problem to another area.
Unfortunately, these type of upgrades are very rarely 'Bolt On' options
