More NEC photos

Post by Gas for GOSH »

Thanks to Shaun (& Helen), Dave, Jon, Matt, Pete and Ade - the MMA was very well represented, we all spoke to a number of possible new members. As always you never know which will turn into actual join ups, but all the questions we're answered. I wish there was an award for best 'face' of the show...the clear winner would be Pete's look he shot at the guy who said about his car: "I've seen that car before......I don't think it's Dukes of Hazzard......got it, it's the Starsky and Hutch car."

Anyway, great weekend, thanks to everyone who stopped by, I know we missed some of you because we were constantly getting asked things. I can't compete with Rob's photos - truly superb work given the different light conditions in all sections - so here's just a few selections.

First one - I left Cornwall at 4.40 (seemed appropriate...better than 3.40!), this was stopping for breakfast at Michaelwood services. Then some during set up on Thursday morning/afternoon.

Excellent pictures there!!!

You have really caught the essence of the club stand - great layout there!

Thanks for asking, I am feeling a bit better; it was pretty grim at the NEC and the drive home was not a box of fun in the wet / damp; but all's well that ends well.

Sincere congrats to all on the MMA stand for putting on a great show!!!
Pete Wiseman; Cambridge.
