Thinking some cobwebbing in the B pillar, with a bit of fogging, then some sort of gold leaf race class lettering, or MMA number.

Front side panel thinking of some spaghetti striping, not sure yet. I love freak drops, but not sure if it will work with this all green palette.

Back to the drawing board... :thumbright:

I am starting to like what I see..... It would be a lot easier, and better if I were starting with a gold base. But, I am going to do this on a tight budget, using the minimal amout of paint I can...... That is why I am using its current paint as a base. But if executed well, I think it will look cool!

So far this design only calls for 2 colours to be added.

It probably would Duncan..... But that car would only be seen at the track. This one will be seen everywhere. The finish on this will be 100%! As I want to use it as a advert to what I can do.... The car as it stands needs only a few hours bodywork. The red one, a few weeks. If I can get a good amount of work off the back of this, then we can look at performance in the future.

Gotta say, I'm not convinced on the fish scale design, like the idea of an in fill there, but what about some 70's knurled swirls

Love the overall colours etc though :thumbright:

Can you do a mock up of say using the body facets where you have the red stripe, perhaps incorporate the fish scale in a small stripe along that thin facet, and then make the larger panels have the 70s spirographic ,just a thought :idea1:

Or use the center facet and divide the car with different graphics, top to bottom

I think I am sold on the top version..... Not much paint, just a whole lot of masking.... I have to keep the scales in guys. I love em! Will probably lace the roof. Not sure about the hood, may just leave that, as I will add a sccop at a later date.
