68 CHARGER REAR GLASS REPLACEMENT

got fit new rear glass & trims. Any do's 7 don'ts. Not sure whether to bond glass & trim & do away with clips altogether as there is no rubber

Haven't done this yet but

The clips are the weak link as they rust.

There are a few good vedios on you tube ( replacing headlining )

I would think bonding it in would be a better option but then what's the plan with trim just sit it in the bonding stuff ????

Would be really Intrestsed on how you get on

play someone to do the job as the rear trims buckle and distort easily and are very difficult to straighten.
I use Colin from ALL glass when ever I have some to do.
Use the clips but the glass has to be in the correct position and depth for it all to work correctly.
