-10 feed and return

Ok so
Feed split into 2 rails then 2 returns to regulator

Then one feed dead head to the top over blower injection from regulator

Then regulator return to tank

I don't like Dead Head fuel systems on Injectors, I'm sure there are folks who will says its fine, but not for me...

I would go;

Pump - Filter - 4 connector - to each rail - return each rail to 4 way regulator - return line to tank

FYI - 4 way connectors.

I am in US next week, I can get a 4 way sent to my hotel & hand carry home, so less than £80 on today's exchange rate.

I cant do loads of stuff, as already bring some heavy bits back from my self, but fine with this.

I really don't know what sort of horse power your looking to make, so I could be over specing, but the cost differential between a poorly design or a good design will work out similar. Either way you need to ensure you have a stable fuel pressure.

Back to this

Mark looks like the only way is to dead head my rails

A. The tops fuel block above injector is a dead head only system.

B. If I dead head above I need to dead head below rails as I see no way to make it work.

The only thing I could do is make conventional return rails for the above blower injectors then i could run a reture style regulator but I like the look of how it is.

I understand it's not the best option but my fuel system is well over spec

I running -10 everyware and the regulator is very close to the rails.

I'm also going to make new below blower fuel rails that are 5/8 I.D to help

Im running 6psi of boosts and Looking for 500hp daily drive

Advice welcome

The injectors are staged top bottom around 3000rpm switch and running batch fired not sequential

Same as this but everything AN-10 !!!

The more I read the more I think your right

The main issues seem to be by dead heading a rail you have issues during hot start and the pulastion pressure drop issues

Would you fit the ? Line

Hi Will,
That to me looks much better.

I do not see the need for the ? Line & I would not fit.

On the basis of not fitting the ? Line, I would go from the #10 supply into a 'Y' then feed each rail.

I need to re read your thread to remind my self, but assuming the lower injectors are doing the main work. The injectors above are to help cool the blower, as well as feed the motor.

I will have another read & comment accordingly
