How lame is that, why not put somebody behind the wheel who's going to do it justice.
The thing that makes this film stand out from a lot of others is the racing is actually at speed, whereas a lot of films they undercrank the camera, that and all the in car shots of the guy going through the whole gambit of emotions, hot rod being a great example.
The first time i saw this film, i had no idea what it was about and that opening scene where they're street racing gave me goose bumps.

Agreed Mick, that opening scene is great, it captures the sound and vibe so well. :thumbright:

I was a teenager when I first saw it. But it was after I had seen A.G.

I think I was in my early 20s before I stopped praying every night for a 55 Chevy like that. :lol:
