Snap On count back style timing lights are the best for our application but are expensive...........

The Sealey TL93 is a good one and fairly priced. Avoid the AccuSpark SP8000, it's crap and I gave mine away. The digital SnapOn is good but it's an old design and I've read it's not happy with multispark ignitions.

The gunson looks like a good gun. Same kind of features as the Innova one.

How much vacuum will the manifold draw, is a gauge with 0-30 inHg ok. Think that's what the motorbike gauges have.

Big big cams then, manual brakes too no doubt with that amount of Vacuum?

But then again you only need enough in the servo to slow you down enough at the end of the strip ;)

Did you buy the yellow 73 with the 383 4 speed in it off Jon? (Octanejunkie)

If you did not a problem as I think its pretty stock or may have a mild cam in it im not sure, but vacuum wise you will be fine and getting around 15 inHg give or take a couple of inches depending on engine build.

Equus Innova 5568

robust

the inductive pickup for the plug lead is encased in metal

the cables are thick and can be unplugged

its got a rubbery feel to its protective cover

does same as the snap on digital dial back

parts availbe as spares to fix it should you bust it

3/4 the price of the snap on

just the UK importer doesn't seem to exist anymore which is a big shame

Amazon or ebay

think Anton reccomended orginally

i got one and don't anticpate ever having to buy another again.

Carl,

Yes I bought the yellow one from Jon.

Thanks for the feedback buys that's the model I was looking at, the reviews seemed good and seems like good value for money. I figured I would have to purchase from eBay or maybe Amazon. I didn't see any less yes in the UK
