Starter motor
So went out to start my Charger this morning and the starter motor spins but does not turn the engine! Any ideas before I start ripping off headers and other parts to get to it?

Check underneath to see if the flex plate has stripped teeth - if the motor does indeed spin, you may be in even more trouble.....
You could always put a socket on the crank nut and turn the motor a bit by hand and then see if the stater rotates the motor.............

Well, IF the ring gear teeth have stripped (unlikely) then that is an engine or transmission out job.
Other members have also had the Flex plate shatter so the Ring gear / Torque convertor rotate but the crank does not.
It is more likely that the starter has failed - we have had the reduction gear blow a hole in the casing on race cars, but at least if you look underneath whilst someone cranks the starter you will be able so see if the ring gear is attempting to move, and it may help diagnosis.............

+1. Sticky bolt. Make sure its engaged AND spinning (bolt shoots out and engages teeth). The same thing will happen if it gets really hot - so if you have been cranking for ages to revive a dead car, sometimes the starter gets so hot the bolt seizes.
If it aint 'popping out' before cranking, give it a tap with a hammer...

ah sorry must submit post once written
my advice is as above
whack starter motor and solenoid with a hammer and try again
keep hammer way from plastic end of solenoid
but feel free to wake solenoid up with hammer by hitting case.
