Top Hose Collapsed

I just had a new rad fitted to the car and after a drive noticed that the top hose had collapsed. It's got a new cap so should I assume the cap is bad?
(It's marked 16)

Collapsed hose suggests the cap is wrong and not letting air in as the system cools allowing vacuum to build up to a high level. Try another cap.

Steve, try your old cap, it should be with the old rad.
Are we there yet dad ..... 10 to the gallon but worth it.
