Have you pre-oiled the engine?

Are you breaking a new hydraulic / flat tappet cam in?

You need to coat the lifters and cam lobes to death with Comp Cams break in Lube....Car gets very hot on break in so keep an eye on the temp gauge..........

I now have a cylinder head in the back of my daily......

Needless to say the car didn't fire up!

The two end exhaust manifold threads are leaking more than the US state department.

Gonna get them resleeved and studs put in.

???

You have to silicon the studs in all cases as the stud holes / threads all break into the water jackets....

Major bummer...

Are you going to have to turn up some over-sized stepped studs?

Fair play - if you are running headers you need to keep the studs / nuts small or you will not have the space to fit them.....many are 3/8" or 7/16" Spanner size for this reason...........good luck, hope it sorts out OK...

On my old Fury I had this. managed insitu to drill out hole to next tapping size and re thread next size up and open up holes in manifold to suit. And yes silicon the threads.
