Two pin alternator

Which one should I use to run the cable back to the battery?

The pin nearest engine block?

Stock Chrysler Alternator????

If it is a 2 field wire alternator (little wires) these should go back to the Regulator.

There is a bigger stud and this is the OUTPUT and this goes (eventually) to the battery (direct or via the Bulkhead plug if standard and risky..)

yeah need a picture

but its a stud quite fat and insulated totally from the case by a thick plastic or fibre washer

unless yours has spade connectors all in a row

in which case dunno. but the model number and make will find a diagram on google images with things like B, D+, D-, and FLD picked out

can have a good guess then

Certainly have the large insulated nut thing.

So the other two spades go to the voltage reg.

Is there a left and right or does it not matter?
