383 Tourque settings Head

Had a quick search on here but cant find info
Whats the correct touque for 383 head bolts?
1969 Dodge Charger
1972 Chrysler Hardtop

70 ft lbs, tighten them in 3 stages.
1970 Road Runner, 505CI, 4 speed, GV overdrive, 3.91 gears.
11.98 @ 117mph on street tyres

What do you mean by 3 stages? 50 then 60 then 70? :?

30, 50, 70 would be better.
