Hello everyone, thank you all so much for adding your vote to help Penlee lifeboat station get the revamp it so dearly needs.

Today was the announcement and I can say that with your help the station won the main prize of £50,000 and a kitchen install worth approx £10,000!

This result really will help save lives at sea as well as the building also bringing the community even closer together through using parts of it for community projects.

Thank you once again, your vote really made a difference.
