Thought you guys who still play vinyl would be interested in this product.

I've started to collect vinyl again but unlike the old days when I could buy new I've obviously got to buy second hand now. All things considered I've done pretty well but I've bought a few on Ebay that crackle and pop way more than I can tolerate.

I then started researching the net for what other people recommended for cleaning vinyl and came across the Disco Ant-stat that quite a few people we raving about. Not having heard of it before I was a little skeptical to say the least. Well, I've cleaned everything I've bought so far and I have to say that the results are remarkable!!! I had a couple of LPs that I considered beyond redemption and they've been transformed!

Downside of the kit is that it's a bit of a faff and despite what it says on the box you still get a bit of crud build-up on the stylus. Easily removed with a carbon fiber stylus brush however.
