Trunk Seal

Post by Mick70RR »

New trunk seal arrived today. Looks like the original seal was glued on. What glue should I use?

I was thinking of using Evo Stick (cos I have some) and it's very similar. Thanks.

3M super weatherstrip adhesive is the hot tip. Also known as gorilla snot!! It's probably the same as evostick, but I picked up a tube while in the US. You can also get it in black which is better as it is not noticable - I picked up a tube of that yesterday!

Got the seal from Jim's Auto Parts, $33. They have them here http://www.musclecarparts.cc for $19 but ordered it together with some other parts.
