Mike there a plenty more guys on here with more experience on what you could think about to get the best time out of your manual SRT but here's some thoughts.

Final drive ratio in my auto was 3.06 yours I think is 391. But the red line on the revs is the same I believe. So you could have more control over revs at launch and more bite because of your rear set up.

The smaller the diameter of wheel and tyre combined the more revolutions per distance travelled so if I still had the SRT I might have looked at 18" wheels and different tyres just for Santa Pod. 20" stock tyre is .5 taller than stock18 inch. So 20" = 703 revs/mile. 18" = 716. With the Brembo calipers 18" wheel fits fine, some guys in the states use 17" shaved wheels. It's all extra cost for small return but have a look at challengertalk forum for more info. Plus you could consider a Diablo plug in if you're happy to mess with preset engine settings.

You'll do that no problem!

Other good thing about Santa Pod is it has a long run off after the end of the quarter mile so I kept on it for a bit longer as it's not often I can do that. After your first pass you'll know what the set up of the track is so on further runs you can try a couple of things with a bit more confidence. I'm sure people will remind you nearer the time but to race you will need a long sleeve top and probably a helmet.....of the top of my head I think if you can clock 110mph in the quarter it's mandatory. You might be close to that and it's better for safety anyway.

Love the car - would love to get one along with my truck

I have to say, i really miss ESP on the RAM as its so light on the back end that as soon as its a little damp i am just along for the ride

Nothing smooth needed there, decent burnout in 2nd & just side step the clutch at 3500ish & let it catch up & then ram the rest home.
