Well done Bryan, it`s really not that easy as it looks to run good times.

The funniest comment of the weekend is when you said "we need to look at the car again it sounds a bit flat" to which I said "it's not the car it's the driver"

What happens up the track? The Mustang really took off half way up.
What trans Bryan and what rpms you shifting at?Total kudos for that journey and slapping it up the strip. Much respect n' all that :thumbright:

Yes it did, 727 reverse shift, and i'm a bit on the gentle side on shifts 5k max, think in the back of my mind was gettin' home ;)

Yeah, the getting home thing matters, I understand.
What's the build ?
Probably should be shifting higher, maybe 5,700 or more.

Depending on engine build. Any lower and you are out of the torque band......

I used to shift the 400 / 512 at 6800....ish.........

i think this engine used to run mid 11,s in that old blue sport fury with klotz fuel on the doors used to win original kos most yrs anyway,,,,,,,,,

That was Big Paul's old car, Dave B bought it and restored it and put a Hemi in it if I remember?
