Hi sorry to ask but in laymans terms how do i get a picture to come up on my profile like every body els thanks.ps i hate these things.

click on your profile,at the bottom it says upload avatar,choose a pic you want from your computer,you may have to resize it you fit .good luck

Thanks for the advice but i think they are to big and trying to resize them is not for a novice.

There may be other ways to do it, but this is the easiest and largely available to anyone with a PC.

Save picture to desktop.

Open MS Paint. In options you should have an option to reduce its size down. Size required should be to the specs stated where you upload pics here. Save image. upload.

Alternate is to upload pic to Phitobucket. Create a copy (so you can save the original big pic). I believe in the options drop down it has an option to rotate ect......should also have resize option. May be trial and error but I've done it both ways before!

download /install windows picture resizing widget

appears on the right click menu

choose picture with mouse click resize

bang in the size or choose pre selected size

makes copy in same directory

works for bulk sections also
