Tyre Size for Stock Steel Wheels 68 Charger

I know this is not going to be popular, but I fancy putting the original steel wheels back on the 68 Charger, complete with the full size hub caps !!

The steel rims measure 15 x 6 1/2 inch and the spare in the boot has a original 7.35-14 tyre on it.

I want the tyres to have a 3/4 inch white band and the tire width not be quite as narrow as the originals. Do not want red lines, they have to be white bands and I am not proposing to put crossplys !!

So the question is what size tire to go for and any links to good price ones here in the UK.

The first picture below the tires just look to rounded and small, no offense meant if it is a members car

Where the second and third pictures look kinda right to me, got that square wall shape.

Std hemi charger ran f60-15 which are 215/60x15-225/60x15 std chargers ran f70-14 205/75x14-215/70x14

Don't know what happened there with order of pictures, but the look of tyre I don't like is the black Charger at the NEC, they just look to small and rounded.

The last photo looks to have a smaller side wall. They look a little small on it perhaps but then most have aftermarket wheels on now it seems?

I would go for some of these .....or maybe not quite so tall if you can find them...

I may be wrong but I think the wheels and caps in the pics are 14"....I don't think you can get that style in 15". I want some for my Polara in 15" and thought I had found a set but they were actually 14".
