I bought a 1972 Ford F100 in a moment of Ebay weakness, while my wife and daughter were away on holiday, and I was bored at home.
I bought it from Colorado in the middle of August, and its due in Southampton October 4th.
I have been tracking the vessel on Marine traffic, and today its just passing the Isle of White , in the English channel

I broke it to her gently, and explained that it was a "investment", which by the way, I find works very well.
I haven't had to move into the workshop as yet , my wife is very good at coping with my hobby, as I have always had lots of cars, but I think I dodged a bullet. Daughter is OK, she likes cars :

Guy, cost was £1950 from Colorado, to the port at Southampton.
Total no hidden charges,or fees, plus 5%duty.
