Thank you guys
i have missed keeping in touch...although i have looked in often at the events and members car show.
I almost came back when i noticed Trigger Andy was back
but never got around to doing so......the kick up the arse that made me part with the membership fee was not been able to brows the events and the lounge as a non member........what a great idea locking us guest lurkers out
Also the apperance of the Hellcats has reminded me of how special mopars are old and new...... even though i can not afford a Hellcat its still the shot in the arm the hobby needs.....i have loved Modern Mopars since the 2006 Charger appeared...... still love the old stuff more door and all....and Ford GM AMC.
I have a few years of catching up to do so it should keep me buisy when bored browsing the old events/Connected and members cars.
The club is still the best and in safe hands im pleased to see.

Dave i have not been up to anything new car wise....still without a motor....i managed to save a bit up getting towards a new motor it was going well.....but then spent it on having more of a life rather than everything going on the car like i used to... i will try again at saving up of course as this hobby is for life... it never leaves you no matter how hard i try......not as fussy as i used to be so i am quite happy to have anything interesting to smoke around in...any make and any number of doors.
Tony. Doorage is a cheap way into the Mopar life !
They're still gorgeous to drive. Smell and feel like they should , and you soon forget the fact you have a couple of extra doors and 15k still in the bank !
It won't go away. Do it !

At least you have something to show for it....a lot of Wives that were not happy with friends cars bought in 2005/2009 are now eating humble pie now they see how much they have gone up in value and how little money in the bank instead would have earnt themDave81 wrote:TYREMAN wrote:Dave i have not been up to anything new car wise....still without a motor....i managed to save a bit up getting towards a new motor it was going well.....but then spent it on having more of a life rather than everything going on the car like i used to... i will try again at saving up of course as this hobby is for life... it never leaves you no matter how hard i try......not as fussy as i used to be so i am quite happy to have anything interesting to smoke around in...any make and any number of doors.![]()
