I would certainly like to try and replace it at some point, not had much luck in coming across one though. I can imagine it's not a cheap part...not desperate for it right now as i would like to get the car on the road up and running first and then search harder down the line.RobTwin wrote:Can you replace the dash pad Danny? Our 63's could do with replacing but they're not cheap, and ours is about 1/3 the size of yours![]()
There are some kits available for fixing cracked dash pads etc but that maybe too far gone![]()
Or are just going to hide it under that bit of carpet![]()
I never even looked into the kits tbh as i honestly thought mine is way too far gone. It's a real shame what sitting all those years in the Nevada sun can do to a car.
Haha not a fan of the carpet at all...but just think it looks a little more tidier and presentable for now.

Here is the original broken drivers side front window regulator (x4 teeth broken)...

...and here is it's complete replacement part which i managed to find in the States. Just in need of a clean & bit of oil. (06/10/2015)

Carpet it is then!

I'd have thought there'd be a scrappy somewhere in the States with decent used dashpads for this age of car... probably on the east side where it's less likely to be cracked. Obviously

Now, about that graffiti on your glovebox.....
Joke
