Hmm, mind made up. after seeing this ad..... And reading this small article. I have bought a set of Crager El Toro wheels..

"We showed you a Hot Rod Race Gallery photo of Don Prudhomme's 'Cuda a couple of weeks ago, and this ad comes from the same year, 1971. The rivalry between Prudhomme and McEwen brought drag racing national attention, we're sure Plymouth was loving every minute of it. So was Cragar, as they grabbed the sport's hottest drivers to highlight a 'Cuda and a Duster both shod in Cragar street wheels while not forgetting to mention that, "Both Hot Wheels drivers run Cragar on the strip too!" Don has retired from racing, but Cragar wheels are still around, although if you're looking for a set of El Toro wheels, good luck."

Well..... The slots won! I have yet to put the front ones on, and the rear ones need slightly taller tires! The tires do fill the well better though. I'm sold. Anyone have any idea what Crager El Toro centre caps look like?
