Plan is to get in straight into the workshop... It does need some bodywork.. It has a bit of bad repair done to it in the past. Paint is tired. So the winter will see us massaging the body and sorting the paint. Then see how it performs over the next summer. It is by no means perfect. But perfect I could not afford.

No Blue it is not... I never thought I would be able to afford another B body. Let alone 2 door coronet. So the plan was to buy and sell till I could. That plan has taken 6 years. I did. To think I would get there... 2 cars I have owned, and regret selling are the Coronet and my 57 Checy... The 57 are way too expensive now.
This is by no means perfect... Although mechanically it seems good. Time will tell. The passenger rear quarter does need massaging a lot. When I noticed the bad repair, and it took a while. I was going to walk. But I may not of found another on.. I reall built the problem up with the owner. He reassured n
Me me never noticed..... This model Ina all about the rear for me. The design is crazy! Anyway I low balled him and gave a take it or leave it speech. he bit! I thought Billy was going to hit the deck.
The thing is with the 66 and 67. There are no reproduction steel panels. They have to be salvaged, or repaired. Having said that. I can get a lot of fibre glass panels locally. Not rear quarters though.

Car is an early 4 bbl. 340ci. With a 904 trans. Not sur e if stock or not. 83/4 sure grip, and a father nice Hurst shifter.. It had been at the track sometime in its life....... Anyway, we will see when it gets to the shop. Fist job will be to get it on the jig. And sort the rear. At least I have all that equipment at my disposal now.

Nice one Jeff, the best shaped Mopar :thumbright:

Some panels are out there but the quality Bananarama! &miss. I got some perfect floorpans and some poor lower rear 1/4s.
Let me know if you want me to dig out the suppliers details.
No-one will believe you...
