DX parcels and Tuffnells parcels.

Post by latil »

DO NOT use either of these companies for anything. I was supposed to have a bed delivered on Tues by DX,the mattress came, after phone calls to supplier delivery of the remaining packs was for Thurs before 9.30. Today I get 1 pack, the head board+ footboard and DX have no idea where the other pack is right now.
As for Tuffnells,we ordered a tower scaffold. Lorry turned up a week ago Monday, unloaded 23 packs which was minus 1 platform. Numerous calls to them and the supplier found that the 1 pack had gone on another lorry somewhere. The platform finally came yesterday.
Two firms not fit for purpose, don't use them.

have used Tuffnells for about 4 years on all my tubing, never had a problem with them... :? Always on time and nothing missing... the supplier is usually the problem lol.
