No Drew, we do not get them.
Unless they are totally "Eco" or selling an abstract lifestyle they do not make airtime over here. In fact you would laugh at the UK's advertising strategy, which seems to specifically avoid telling the consumer about the product.

Great commercials......Much better than the stuff we get this side.
I kinda expected the old man to hunt them down it an SRT Ram, redneck style............I expect that'll be Part 2 then!!

Well I guess it is not PC to advertise 700 hp cars that only get 20 mpg
