1967 Newport 383

Has anyone know where I can get a workshop manual for my Newport.
Trying to do most of the work myself so am desperate to get a parts manual.
I know rockauto do them in dvd form but I begrudge paying almost £20 to ship.
Is there anywhere in the UK?
