hmm , to me , the wing cars , look better as a grand national race car imo , as that's what they were for , think having them as a stock street car , is an acquired taste . . ( no offece any wing car owners on here ) although my taste is a little odd , think every one would pick a Daytona or superbird as the aero mopar to have , me would take the 69 charger 500 , every time , :thumbright: :? :drwho:

 i knew you would think that Blue , andi know what you mean about the Barry Boy thing but its probably the same reason ive had quite few late 70's Trans Am's and Z-28's and other performance stripe package cars over the years  i guess its comes down to pretty much finding something i like about any American car generally :thumbright:

I just think that period of asthmatic engines coupled with gaudy bolt on tat went completely against what muscle cars started out as, the whole thing had disapeered up it's own arse by then.

Thats exactly the reason i said it would be nice with a 408 when i posted the picture :D anyway with a 'lean burn' 360 it wouldnt be disappearing anywhere particularly quickly ...

there was one of these on US Ebay , last or the year before , never been driven , was a maroon colour , don't even the owner ever started it , :? from memory it was transported to the customers house , still had all the plastic seat covers tags ete , & the 43 decals were not put on , just left in the trunk .

sounds good , i bet it didnt make alot of money relatively speaking as i guess it was pretty much a new car. I think i have a picture of burgundy one somewhere i took in the early 90's when they werent that old ! :thumbright:
