Many laws are directives from Brussels that our Govt has to interpret into UK law,so not our Govts' ideas. Sadly they have interpreted some of the rules differently to other EU countries. Of course in the real world the UK shouldn't be in a situation where it's told by an unelected body what it can or can't do.

I have concluded that whoever you vote for, the government always gets in.

Guy Fawkes had the right idea.

The Queen has the power to dissolve government if she thinks it's not good for the country using Clause 63 of the Magna Carta

Someone has to be in charge ,someone has to make rules ,sometimes they get it right sometimes they get it wrong .But if someone has to make the rules for me to adhere to ,I want them to be voted in by our democratic system ,I want the rules to come out of Westminster ,,,,,,,,I do not want a Mr Zuncer or who ever it is ,who I never elected who earns more money than Obama telling me what shape my cucumber has to be ..........

Point being, the rules should never have been invented to start with.

This brief article shows what Cameron wanted and what was actually agreed at the summit negotiations.

It's an utter embarrassment for 'Dave', I really struggle to see how anyone would vote to stay in? To think that this is the crumbs that the EU throw us knowing we're heading for a referendum in. Few months is ludicrous and a clear indication of the utter contempt they hold us in. Not only that they've stated its not binding and can be removed. It's not even worth the paper it's written on.

I'm screwed either way as most daft Scots want to vote SNP who are right up Merkels jaksie. :D

Another institution from which we should very clearly withdraw.
You could put any world class UK band in there and still get "Nil Point".

I went to school with a girl whose father wrote that awful Bucks Fizz Ditty and we never heard the last of it..........
