K MEMBER small block to big block.

am I right in saying that the k member in my 68 satellite 273 v8 will be ok to use for fitting a big block motor with standard rubber mounts.

Small block and big block k frames are the same I believe. I fitted a big block in a Coronet that had a 318 from the factory.
Slant six k frames are different.
1970 Road Runner, 505CI, 4 speed, GV overdrive, 3.91 gears.
11.98 @ 117mph on street tyres

Hemi K's are different too, but Small and big V8's apart from spool type are the same, the engine mounts are different.

I knew they were the same really, but sometimes you start questioning yourself :read2: :)
