Looks very much like "Zebo", that black cast iron stove polish, which comes in a tube and is half that price.

Good stuff, I used it on my 57 Bel Air and 66 Mustang manifolds. Looked good for ages, even after I sold them!

Here you go,think it works better on cast manifolds as comes off when doing plug change but just get toothbrush out and touch up.
