Its true i am. I Phoned about 4 different places, the only one that would actually insure me is Andrain Flux, while my duster is a bit different , they didnt ask for any HP or anything like that. Only my age, where its stored, the car itself and the engine size. Admittedly i only went with them because they were the first to accept me so there might be others that would be offering insurance.

Im 21, and it cost me about £800 a year for my 318 Duster. Unfortunately i can only do about 4000 miles a year with that too. I Guess its a bit expensive, but i guess the price comes with the age.

I use Peter James. Highly recommended, because they're very flexible with regards to modifications and offer unlimited mileage policies.

Doesn't cost very much (if anything, might even drop the price) to add extra drivers, too, which is useful.

Won't accumulate NCB, like most classic policies, but then I must admit that I've never really found that too much of an issue later down the line. Only potentially going to smart for one year, anyway, if you do have to start a new policy.

I would have thought it would definitely be worth trying Brentacre Duncan, the guy Pete's been dealing with, Darren, is the contact and really helpful and seems to know what he's talking about?
