Issues getting onto the site

Hmmm, thanks for the feedback, I haven't personally experienced any issues at all yet so it's difficult to trace the problem. The hosting company has recently been taken over by another company so we'll have to keep an eye on this. In the meantime if you can all keep me up to date and I'll try and investigate further.

Its fine at home on my mac but at work i get.....'Network Error (dns_server_failure).

No problem with any other forums i check at work.

I get the same at work, but home is fine. I'll try the 'ping' thing when I'm next in the office (and the boss isn't looking....)

i spoke to soon, it worked for a very short while. had to log back onto the VPN to check a private message.

didn't have any issues this morning with log in.

Fine Today on my iPhone but on the work pc I'm just getting "gateway timeout".

"www.moparuk.com’s server DNS address could not be found." on work PC, but it worked on about the 10th attempt.

Thanks all for the info. If you can keep any feedback coming I'll put together a report to the new hosting company. In particular if you can post the ping results you get when you CAN'T get on the site.

Please can all those having these problems post (as best as you can remember) when it started happening?

Mines fixed now - got the IT bods to sort it at work the other day (Tues or Weds I think?) but for me, it first occurred last Friday 27th.

Midweek last week but only on phone/tablets. Only issue for me is the double log In.
Work computer first time evey time no issue.....

Other members have reported to me that they are getting "Cannot find DNS Entry" error reports but the Website and the Forum work fine for me from both a PC on Superfast Broadband and also my Windows based Phone.

More problems. Trying to send a photo in a PM and I get this message,

Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./http://www.moparuk.com/forums/files/img_2213_658.jpg.
Sorry, but the maximum filesize for all Attachments in your Private Message Folder has been reached. Please delete some of your received/sent Attachments.

The photo has been resized and is not too big and I have also deleted everything in my PM folder except the one message I am replying to, and that has no attachment with it.

Something is going on....
