I've been redoing the lounge so ordered a skip. I always try and give business to the little guys rather than the Biffa types so I found a local family firm.

They delivered the skip and he mentioned the BGT on the drive. Got chatting and said I keep other cars near RAF Lyneham, but I share with someone.
Lo and behold his business is based at a farm and the farmer is converting the barns.
Popped up there and he said yes. It's taken 3 months of waiting as he had to complete the barn for the boat fella first.

Been looking forward to it and been planning out the space.

Just shows that fate has a way of stepping in when you least expect it.
It's 200 a month but I'm OK with that

Nice and not a bad rate these days. My old place was shared but 2700 sq ft between 4 of us and free for the 25 years I was there  Now the old lady owner has died and her niece wanted commercial rate rent plus business rates so that killed it for me.

Great stuff Justin and i think that price is great for what you've got.
