It took you only 10 mins to fit - did you fully remove your carb' and do it on a workbench, or just do it in-situ'?

No mate left the carb on, put a small bit of cloth down each barrel as blue said in case I dropped the washer/gasket and just took it off swapped the washer for the plate and put it on. Just need to make sure when you tighten it up that the squirters are central to the carb and they line up equally with the holes in the plate.
I only needed to have two goes before it all lined up and make sure you don't operate the carb with the squirters off.
To be honest the only fiddly bit is the lining up part the rest is simples !

Yes I removed the carb,I am a clumsy ass,but stuffing a rag down there would be fine

I thought that as well but when you look at the video it has got to make the engine run better even if you had no stumble problem to start with. Wait till you get it, a large box with a tiny jiffy bag in the corner

I had no problem so I can't say it has cured anything, but it certainly ran and picked up smoother after fitting even with the timing way out ( 2* at idle and 22* total ) Now at 13* at idle and 33* total and runs even better, just got to change the springs to bring the total in quicker.
