Dash Clock mileage

Post by ChrisN34 »

Hi guys, bought a new/old dash from dave81 recently, took it all apart to clean it ready to put into the duster. I Wanted to know is there anyway to change the mileage on the counter? I Would use the original speedo face, but it is ever so slightly different to the new one, and not in nearly as good of a condition.

I Tried just playing around with the mileage but i couldnt get it to move.

Cheers
Chris

You have to remove the oddometer from the speedo. It's held in by a clip on one end, remove the clip first. Once its out, set the mileage where you want it and refit it into the speedo and refit the clip.
