My pushrod has punched a hole through the top of a solid lifter, before I did a single run

Luckily no other damage.

If anyone is coming to the NATS Sunday and can bring either one or a set of solid lifters and/ or one or a set of 7.5" x 5/16" pushrods I'll be very happy boy

Looks like fallout from the same issue Miles. It's the same position as the busted pushrod last time. I reckon it damaged the lifter way back then, it's just taken this long for the new pushrod to bash a hole through the lifter
