I hope I'm not breaching any copyright regs but...
MMA & MOCGB member Roy (Slowhand on here) Stapleton gave me & Stu a spare copy of their club rag 'Round Up' as it has a couple of pics of our Polara from events this year. Apart from that personal moment of fame, i thought I'd share it here cos the articles are well-written and give the MMA a namecheck for the clubs' involvement at Speedfest this year, and has some nice shots of MMA cars on the parade lap:
And the 'Goat' article has some good history about the monthly meet which we've been attending on and off over the last 30 years:

I did wonder whose copy that was at the meeting, didn't get a chance to sneak a peek.

The magazine has improved a lot since the new editor took over earlier this year.
Re: MOCGB's 'Connected'
Yes i was quite impressed with the quality and the content but as with ours, it's only as good as the contributions by the members!Mark B wrote: Wed Nov 21, 18 5:47 pm The magazine has improved a lot since the new editor took over earlier this year.
I noticed that they have a full page ad on the back cover for Adrian Flux insurance, and it got me wondering if we'd looked into having something similar?
As we have an agreement with Brentacre, would they be willing to pay for a full page ad? I wouldn't be surprised if the cost of printing the mag could be paid for by the amount we could get for a full page ad for a year. The only hurdle I can imagine is the much smaller number of people that would see the ad because of the number of Connecteds printed compared to number of Round Ups?
Just a thought...

I was going to guess at a couple of thousand but a quick Google suggests more than 7000

Re: MOCGB's 'Connected'
Having been a member of the MOCGB for sometime, their newsletter has steadily improved and its content packed with worth while reading, layout has improved as well. A magazine that reflects the Mustang GB UK club very well. However their numbers really help and as they adequately cater for both classic and new breed Mustangs its no wonder the magazine has a good feel to it.
I think in reflection that our Connected is easily as good a club publication and show cases the MMA perfectly well, Simon and the gang do a wonderful job producing such a high class club publication with a far smaller membership. We should be very grateful to all the contributors and folk involved putting Connected together, its light years away form the early photo copied at work product that we produced under my tenure-ship.

Re: MOCGB's 'Connected'
MOCGB has about 1650 members at the moment I believe.
Round Up is bi-monthly and for the £20 membership fee I think its pretty good value even if you're joining just for the magazine. (£3.33 including the 70p postage per issue)
Steve has put a lot of effort into it in the last year and it is now vastly improved. In the Nov. issue the mag was reduced slightly (to keep it within the PO weight limit) and a free calendar included which was very well received.
Personally I feel that 'Connected' is a good read and has a very high quality 'feel'. Wasn't sure what to expect when I joined a few years back and it was a nice surprise to receive a professionally produced & interesting magazine that I'd happily buy at a news stand.
Perhaps you should invest £20 and get your own copy delivered by a uniformed postal worker six times a year Rob? You don't have to actually go to the dark side & buy a Ford
