I have never seen the fire-up lanes so busy on a Friday, and they were kept full most of Saturday and Sunday too, so lots of on-track spectacles for the crowd to watch and for the racers to participate.
Obviously we were blessed with the weather as well, which always makes a big difference.
It was also nice to see the Mustang Owners Club of Great Britain there too, flying the flag for American muscle (second class
).I am also very grateful to the Mopar Euronats committee for giving the MMA the prime spot for its presence and display - really appreciated ! I am sure that we did not disappoint with some fantastic themed cars on display.
Lastly, it was very sad not to see Richard Berry, and I only recently learned of his accident, where he sustained some pretty bad injuries - we all wish him well and a speedy recovery.
