That's a quick flip!
to quote henry cole ''small profit, quick return''. it's not worth holding out forevery last penny these days, nobody wants to spend any money so if i can earn a small profit quickly i'm happy.
my daughter terri helped me concreting today and we got all of the 'footings' done and still have enough ballast and cement to lay the ramp down to the the garage entrance so she's up for a second day on the mixer tomorrow to get it all done. it took the 2 of us just under 6 hours to get this done today, terri works pretty good for a girl . i'm collecting the flat pack frame next week and i've booked ian the chippy (who made it for me) for the following week to get it up. finally........

Resprayed the rear quarter under the fuel filler cap as a fuel leak had lifted the paint. And fitted a new stripe.
